Frequently Asked Questions
Your prices seem quite competitive?
Like most private music teachers, I work on a self-employed basis. As self-employed freelancers, it’s important that we charge the right amount to cover not just the time of each lesson, but also the other time and costs associated with running lessons. With that in mind, I try to keep my rates both fair and competitive so that clients get top quality lessons at affordable prices.
–
Do you offer shared lessons?
Back to back shared/split lessons are available for siblings only. For example. you could book an hour’s session for your two children to have half an hour each.
–
Are lessons always weekly or can I book ‘ad-hoc’?
The prices above are based on regular weekly lessons at a fixed time. This helps me to schedule lessons efficiently and keep pricing competitive. I am currently unable to offer ad-hoc sessions.
